  1. He's been pretty good since January and that's why it feels like he's had a better year. He's actually shown a bit of chemistry with a few different line mates. But still not good enough, he needs to start on time next year and be a pt/gm player with 20 goals.

  2. Huberdeau has been playing way better since January and is closer to a point per game player again. He will be just fine. To be honest the first half of the season was a wipe for him. He has finally found some chemistry with people and those people actually can take a Huberdeau pass and run with it.

  3. Its because he was terrible to start the season that now he seems like hes doing really good. Huberdeau set the bar really low so now it looks like hes "exceeding expectations". But hes not – hes being paid 10.5 mil to be an elite passer, playmaker, and gamechanger. At his best in Calgary, hes been an average top 6 forward.

  4. Huberdeau has been fine. He played pretty well in December despite the no points. Now, playing with better finishers, his points are coming.

  5. I can't believe people are actually defending this guy. 10.5 million a year and people are still making excuses for him. If he was an oiler, we would never let them hear the end of it
