he looks good. Draper said that they will need more players to fill the gaps in Grand Rapids which means the wings might intend to bring up some of our prospects … which is exciting.
A seventh rounder getting a ELC is cool to see. Hope he makes some waves in GR!
This is a very interesting signing, actually I'm amazed that he wasn't picked up earlier in the draft but to be given a ELC so early on can only be a really positive thing. I'm excited to see how he's going do. Could be another late round steal!!!

I won't put much stock into it just based on odds he makes it to the big team. Bute hell yeah, great to hear for that kid.
I've only seen a small sample of film on the kid, but he posted pretty good counting stats on a terrible team. He likely plays another year in the WHL and hopefully gets traded to a better team like Danielson did, then we can see what he's really made of when surrounded with more talent. Either way, a positive development for a 7th round pick. Yzerman's been pretty good at finding gems deep in the draft, I hope this kid pans out because he's looking great thus far.
Stevie and the wings have had the worst draft lottery luck I have seen in any sport. I think he has done above average at drafting his position. Also he inherited some dreadful deals and has done a good job at not over signing free agents just because
another genius move by the worst gm in the league lol
