Absolutely horrific and unacceptable loss by the Avs. With their schedule coming up, these aren’t the ones to lose. I’m aware they just won 9 in a row, but…this one could cost them at the end of the season.
So… the avs didn’t press in the 3rd? At all? This might be the worst highlight package I’ve ever seen in 53 years of watching hockey. Get CBC HNIC back, get rid of the home team play-by-play. I’d rather have commentators who are excited about the game, rather than just one team.
Tough for the Avs. They had great play, great chances, just couldn’t buy a goal if they wanted to. All good things must come to an end, I’d say 9 wins in a row is worth something serious

Maybe not this year, but I really like this Habs team. Montembeault is a wicked goaltender to build a team around. Having Suzuki doesn't hurt either.
