If Suzuki doesn’t score a couple seconds after Mackinnon in that first minute, it’s already game over.
Once again, he displayed his true leadership qualities and accountability when it mattered most. Guys like Slaf, Guhle, Newhook, hell the whole team followed his lead. From that first goal to those two clutch faceoff wins by Evans in the last seconds of the game, the whole team got that win together tonight.
But I’ll say it again, it started with Suzuki tying the game right away.
