  1. Vladar has to play. Wolf has played well, but Vladar deserves to play in front of a team actually playing hard unlike their absent defensive efforts in his last two starts.

  2. We want to see Wolf to see what we've got. He's playing better than Vladar so keep him going. I think there are pucks that Marky would stop(high bar) and pucks that Wolf would stop(first shot). He looks small but also he looks FAST and if the results are good, then the future looks good. Last 2 games .955 with the team playing good in front of him. Not sure what sort of disaster would result when they are bad but we will find out soon enough.

  3. The thing that sucks about giving Wolf the net is that we’re not giving Vladar the net, he hasn’t been amazing this year, so are we giving up on him? Is he just a backup and we’re grooming Wolf to be a starter? Or can their be competition between them

  4. Isn't he pretty much the same size Kipper was? He's definitely a lot of fun to watch. I don't see how you can pull him out if he keeps playing the way he did in the past 2.

  5. Juuse Saros is obviously too small to be a goaltender in the NHL. Nashville is making a huge mistake relying on a 5.11 goaltender. Ignore the 2.61 career save percentage and .918 save percentage. Bad management by Nashville over the past eight years.

  6. Just because your a tall goalie doesn't mean successful at the nhl level I'm a flames fan remember the Jon gillies experiment all to well.

  7. Umm hell yes he does. He's been killing it in every league and we all we do is find excuses to keep him in the minors.

  8. If they're going to trade markstrom in the summer they need to know what Wolf is

  9. Listen to most recent ingoal podcast with Wolf. He mentions that the adjustment that got him to AHL MVP was actually taking less depth. "Short" goalies don't play outside the paint. Most situations they're within the paint and situationally when a shooter is isolated more depth can be taken. Looking at how box control works and puck trajectory, there isn't really a reason for "short" goalies to take more depth. Other points about how he looks more active are just because he has better body control than most goalies out there, tall or short, so he moves very quickly but he is staying in position.
