Did you get the jersey heat pressed or stitched? That looks heat pressed, and no matter who does it heat pressing is shitty quality. Stitches, as their name suggests, is extremely good at stitching.

Iβll stitch it.

I can tell you of the 20-30 jerseys Iβve sent in to Eric, this was probably just an oversight.
You couldβve just simply emailed him and left it at that. You didnβt have to write a post. Heβs the Teamβs official customizer, so he has alot of clout and reputation with his craft. For the amount of people that have gotten work done by him, youβre the first person to ever post something negative. Iβd highly reccomend you delete this post.

I emailed Eric at Stitches as soon as I opened the jersey and he replied in less than 20-min to apologize, let me know they’ll make it right (covering shipping + fast turnaround). Apparently nameplates are heat-pressed, *THEN* supposed to be stitched on after the pressing. They missed that final step.
So while issues can happen, it’s good to know he’s quick to reply and wants to do things right.

Edit: grammar / clarification.
