  1. He won't be able to stay with Jakob or Africans last 400 in the 5k. We're talking about different gears here

  2. I have heard multiple people from Coach to Ky say he's in a "different league rn," it's like he miraculously just became untouchable now, there's only one thing that can boost performance that effectively that I know of. Natural ability, mileage, diet, and coaching can only get you so far. At this stage, It gets to a point where being good ain't good enough.
