Almost as good at giving non-answers as he is at coaching
the inner game of tennis is a great book to help develop that player mindset. Just replace tennis with running.
He's a cool coach, good for them
Best coach he is !!!
He won't be able to stay with Jakob or Africans last 400 in the 5k. We're talking about different gears here
I have heard multiple people from Coach to Ky say he's in a "different league rn," it's like he miraculously just became untouchable now, there's only one thing that can boost performance that effectively that I know of. Natural ability, mileage, diet, and coaching can only get you so far. At this stage, It gets to a point where being good ain't good enough.
This guy is such a good coach. World elite level. Long may his success continue.
