Evan Rodrigues, Panthers Postgame: Florida 4, Detroit Red Wings 0

Florida Panthers forward Evan Rodrigues speaks after his team beat the host Detroit Red Wings 4-0 on Saturday, March 2, 2024.

The Panthers have now won 10 of their past 11 games — and 12 of 13 in Detroit.

Sergei Bobrovsky made 21 saves for his fourth shutout of the season — and second in Detroit.

Florida got second period goals from Brandon Montour and Sam Reinhart; Evan Rodrigues and Carter Verhaeghe scored in the third.

The Panthers remain atop the NHL standings with the win.

Florida now travels to New York for a game Monday night against the Rangers at Madison Square Garden.

That is the second game of the three-game road trip; Florida plays the Devils on Tuesday.
