For me this is 100% the nicest set of goalie gear I’ve seen recently. Absolutely beautiful and it fits the new jersey perfectly. I imagine a red version would look perfect alongside Buffalo’s 3rd jerseys too.

1) Those jerseys are slick and should be their permanent homes. 2) I know the pad skin prints are popular and allow for retro tributes, but as the current top comment says, it looks odd. But this is a faithful tribute; I saw a pic comparing Vasi here to the Bulin Wall and it looks incredible.

They really did a disservice to themselves when they changed the color scheme. The black and blue was such a great combo. The blue unis look like the lovechild of the Wings and Leafs.
