  1. Lindholm had a +61 +/- in 2021-2022, which is awesome. The Canucks have great plus/minus this year as a team and individually, so Lindholm should fit right in. Smart move!

  2. So Vancouver traded an 8 goal guy for a 9 goal guy and threw in 2 players and two draft picks including a 1 first next year. What a yard sale for Calgary.

  3. Very good player but we gave up way too much to get him unless the Canucks have been told that he would sign with them for next year. Otherwise we gave up on our future for a rental player

  4. We traded 2 guys to 1 team for a 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th round pick
2 defensive prospects and a near 40 goal scorer.
We saw what Yegor could be when he was given a chance to play.

This is a massive win for the flames.

Thanks for everything Lindy, good luck

  5. Sad to lose Kuzy, but damn, Lindholm and Petey together is going to be awesome 🔥

  6. Feels like the Canucks got fleeced. Gave up a lot for a rental, but if they go all the way this season, then it doesn't matter I guess.

  7. You all wont be saying Canucks gave up too much once he starts producing and adding to the already stacked depth 😂

  8. Once of the better faceoff guys. That’s a big deal for Canucks. Change might get him going offensively too. I like it.

  9. His patience, and positioning is insane. He'll fit right into the systems Canucks are running under Tocc

  10. Good trade for both teams.. Calgary loads up with a good player who just can’t get going on this Canucks team, a good prospect & they get a pick in the 20-32 range. The Canucks keep their top 3 or so best prospects (Lekkeramiki, Willander, Pettersson 2.0 – however you’d want to list it, The Canucks still have several solid prospects), they get the best centre available at this years deadline & they get the jump on every other team that was pursuing him. The Canucks are going for it & that is a really weird feeling as a Canuck fan.

  11. Still think the Canucks gave up too much for Lindholm but we shall see how it all works out. And hope it’s a good fit. Just glad we didn’t lose Hogs, Lekkermaki or Willander.

  12. No one:
NHL: QUICK THROW SOME LINDHOLM CLIPS TOGETHER IN A VIDEO WITH NO OTHER REAL SUBSTANCE, CANUCKS FANS WILL WATCH ANYTHING

  13. I'm a bit disappointed they didn't add a bit more to get Tanev in there as well, but this is definitely a great pick up for where the team is right now.

Vancouver fans are going to whine about it being "a high price to pay" but it isn't. Canuck fans always over rate prospects and picks. Though 2 D prospects is a little strange for a forward. GM's usually like some form of D coming back if D goes the other way. But both those kids are 3rd rounders and long shots to ever be anything. The first is going to be late, so it might as well be a 2nd round pick. Picks around 30 have about a 20% chance of ever becoming a top 6/4 player. And it's just obvious Kuz wasn't working out.

I like this deal a lot. They didn't have to give up Lekkermaki or Weilander or Hogs….They gave up things that at best won't be impact NHLer's until long after this core is gone and most likely never will be.

  14. I mean its not that lindholm is bad. But i feel like we gave up alot for a rental here. Would have been nice to see the nucks throw in another piece or two and at least also bring back hanifin or tanev

  15. Kuzy so much potential but it is what it is. Canucks management got all this figured out months ago
