I laugh at Pop's schtick every time but honestly, if this is what he's like to a well respected reporter like David Aldridge, imagine what he is like to the other reporters.
Many people do not even realize why Craig Sager was so great; honestly, most people just go along with celebrating him without knowing the reason. For me, it was his ability to participate in such interviews and take abuse (for lack of the better word) from Pop, and manage to avoid all the awkwardness that seems unavoidable. This interview with Aldridge, who is a first class reporter, is a prime example of how hard this is.
