Power play needs to shoot and stop the pass around. Get someone in front to create havoc. Stop being reckless (terrible passes, risky pinches) and giving shorthanded opportunities. It sounds pretty simple to me being a seasoned armchair coach.

I miss Horny and his net front presence. We need someone to get in front of their goalie and make his life hell. Clean up those garbage goals and get the goalie uncomfortable.

He should be worried, if he doesn’t think he will be the next fall guy just look at the last 5 years. A lot of new faces in management, a lot of new bottom 6 forwards, a lot of new defensemen, but a lot of the same excuses that have led to the same old results.
