This is a massively dumb comparison. Kessler being 200ft player, one of the best faceoff guru's, on par with the Bergeron's Kopitar's toews's defensive prowess. Jt has none of that.
You would think Miller would make an effort to backcheck once in a while instead of yelling at his teammates to do it if he wanted to win so badly. To me he always feels like he's trying to deflect the attention away from his flaws by pointing the finger at other players. But he does score.

Kesler was so elite defensively, i think thats what separates the two.

He hit 40 one year during that Canucks finals run other then that I don’t think he even hit 30 once after that 2010 season

So glad NYR traded JT Miller and Buchnevich- would hate to have tough RWs who score and stand up for teammates and win board battles
