Well that one got ugly..

OK Guys, it’s time to do a game review for last night’s game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Vegas Golden Knights. Vegas would win this game by a final score of 6-5, and the Canadiens would lose defensemen Arber Xhekaj after a clean check from Barby. Well, that one stings, lets talk about it..

The articles that were in the video were screenshots from Habsfanatics.com, I highly reccommend you to check out this site for further Habs News,

  1. you got to try to get ScotiaCanadian on your podcast!!! miss that guy and I always wonder what his current Habs take would be

  2. The Habs could have won that game easyley even being outshot so badly. There wsa copious chances missed by the Habs. Pearson and Dvorak had so many chances. Caden made some big saves. The refs. stunk again 7 power plays for Vegas and 3 for the Habs. ( Go Habs GO )

  3. Barbashev is SOLID !!! I still remember his "welcome" on Shane Wright in his first game 😅
Glad to know that Xhekaj's injury isn't serious though.

  4. "Pretty sure Cotter comes over and convinces him to bite his tongue" are you serious? He couldnt possibly be checking on his teammate to see if hes OK right? No, he wants an obvious embellishment right infront of the referee, what a stupid thing to say, I hope you guys enjoyed blowing multiple 2 goal leads.

  5. Junk-man says we need Jack-eye down the stretch??? what the heck does that mean? down what stretch?

  6. 22 needs to start scoring at 5v5 he’s not catching enough heat and just trade anderson he’s useless

  7. I know that you can't see this from the tv broadcast but I went to the game last nigth at the bell center and altough we did have much less shots than vegas, atleast 3 OBVIOUS PENALTIES we're not called against vegas. If you pay attention to the game highlights, you can hear all the booing from the fans after the HORRIBLE calls from the refs. Really sucks balls cuz Primeau was having a great game

  8. Trade Gallagher for anything. Bag of pucks, water bottles, used jock strap anything. Throw Anderson in there too if we can receive a towel in the deal.

  9. Xhekaj plays a rough and tough game, he's the only thing I really like about the Canadiens. But you can't really be upset when someone gives it back to him

  10. It started out as a good game and yes, turned ugly. Other than Xhekaj getting hurt, it was still an enjoyable game to watch till the last 2 minutes.

  11. Habs played a tough game. Gave VGK all they could handle. Hill had a tough game, yet made up for it with the Suzuki save with under 5 seconds to play. Pretty nice to have a goalie who has a rough, not very good game, and yet you walk out with 2 points in regulation.

  12. How is Slafkovsky's development working out; no one knows what the development plan is. After 18gms he has 1g, 2a and sits at -6. Watching the game against Vegas, you would think he didn't dress! He didn't register a point, nor did he have a single shot! He did have 1 hit…if you can call it a hit. The media can do all the celebration they want but the Habs are killing this kid. I have said it a million times INVEST in his development! Boost his confidence! It wont happen in the Show and he is unwilling to carry the puck, lead a rush, make plays and create opportunities. It really is a damn shame; Marty and company should know better.

  13. I like Xhekaj but I think he's a bit overrated. Some people (like George Laraque) said he was the new "toughest guy of the NHL" when he pushed Reaves on the net. I guess when you don't get hurt in fights you kind of win like draws are wins, but yeah I don't think he's the best fighter(yet) and so far he seems pretty fragile overall with all of his injuries.

  14. Our Habs don't have a problem with offense, by my goodness the defense is just ungodly horrible.

No coverage over qndnover staring at the puck and not the players.

Better than expected but if you want to run and gun, every person has to make at least ONE smart defensive play per game.

  15. I see the same thing with my Devils too. Two of our fan favorites in Jack Hughes and Nico Hischier went down with injuries too. You hate to see it. Hopefully all injured players in the league get well soon and heal up nicely

  16. Jackoff in his eye getting what he deseves. Done for the season, like the hopes of the habs making the playoffs.

  17. Wifi got reset. His ego far out weighs his product. 'The Sheriff' based off one fight against Kasisan and a bunch of fights he's lost. Massively over rated and will be shifted on once the prospects start to come through.

  18. Ahhh well. $hit happens… you know how many stick penalties ive got over the years? Especially at that point when your gassed and things are slipping away. The final minutes penalties are definitely getting old but im sure this one will burn a scar. He’s doing great this year so far, so what evs. If he was Anderson I might be more upset… sorry josh
