We can hate the contract, but Gudbranson is very important to the team, especially off the ice. This is an extremely young roster overall, and he’s been a leader everywhere he’s played.

I’m so excited to see Kurls with the A officially!! That’s gotta mean so much to him, and it’s gonna be great for the youth game to see a local kid wearing a letter.

Gudbranson and Kuraly were healthy most of last season when it was pure shit and were down in the trenches. I think this is a good fit.
