How Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints can beat Derek Henry’s Tennessee Titans



While Derek Henry is a big focus, the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans game will be decided by Derek Carr and Ryan Tannehill. The two quarterbacks have a lot of new piece around them for different reasons, and for the Saints’ defensive line and Cameron Jordan, that could be good news. Keeping Tannehill uncomfortable, while keeping Carr comfortable could be the biggest deciding factor in this NFL Week 1 kickoff.

Stopping Derek Henry is impossible, and slowing him down is still a huge challenge. But it’s far from impossible. Here’s how Jordan, Khalen Saunders, Demario Davis and the Saints defense will need to impact the game to keep Henry as contained as possible.

    Offensive line, defense line. All year long. Not just this game.
    The saints like all other teams depend on both defensive and offensive lines. In this game, especially with Derek Henry, their going to play great defense, and run the ball.
    Their weakness is their offense line, and maybe their secondary. We'll see.

    They have to beat the double teams in the middle of the trenches and get in his legs early. And they have to get after the right guard all game as well. He doesn't have a healthy backup.

    I think both offences start out slow, but DC picks it up in the 2nd half. If Saints have the ball last, they win.
