Would you try to re-acquire Corey Perry for another playoff run? Or would you target another player to fill another need
All things considered that we’re in a playoff spot, cap space, player’s health, salary retention, etc.

With all due respect, the man is washed
I’d rather get a solid 3rd line winger to push evvysimont down a line and have a solid forward core.
Maybe start the actual season first.
And no, how do you see it work with the cap later this year ??
Also, stop reading Puck Daddy.
Pay Phil kessel in hotdogs and bring him here. His mom frequents the hard rock lol
No clue if we could actually get him but i fucking love Phil.
He’s a decent checking forward, but our bottom six has some volume shooters (Eyssimont and Jeannot) and nobody who can get them the puck
Eh, good guy but the bottom six needed an overhaul.
I’m honestly surprised Perry hasn’t retired yet
Don’t know what hole Perry would fill in our roster that desperately needs his help
If we wanted to keep Perry, we would have. If there was any chance we wanted him for the playoffs we certainly wouldn’t have traded him to Chicago so he can sign that awful deal, just to go back and trade them what would likely be an insane haul of picks to get the double retention we’d need.
And honestly its for the better. While he was fine in round 1 against Toronto, they’re a relatively slow team, and there’s no guarantee we’ll be playing them again this year in the playoffs. If we match up against a team like Buffalo or Ottawa we’ll need to have speed throughout the roster, Perry (and half the other washed up vets in that article) just won’t cut it.
