In 2021, the Minnesota Wild selected Jesper Wallstedt in the first round as the 20th overall pick; some projections even had him going first overall in the draft. The Minnesota Wild currently have solid goaltenders in the net between Marc-André Fleury and Filip Gustavsson, but Wallstedt will join them soon.
