Great to see some emotion and fire from the boys again. They clearly took the flack to heart and were on a mission to prove people wrong tonight. They have to find a reason to be fired up to play more often.

He was pissed about the media’s “negative line of questioning” last week. I’m sure he was pissed about the boo birds (they were definitely not warranted last night, was silly that the crowd boo’d). Add to that his own cold spell and getting goalied by Binnington of all goalies. All of it culminates in breaking the seal open and that electrifying celly. I think that goes on the Mount Rushmore of Jets 2.0 celly’s.

I’m so disappointed in last night. I wanted to see Binnington lose his shit. I thought 3 unanswered goals would have done it.
I don’t have a player jersey yet but I think Morrissey will be my first one. That moment was amazing and he just took charge of the game when no one else seemed able/willing to.
