Darche was absolutely putting the delay on Barzal. No question. Listen again. Darche said the rehab went as expected with no setbacks. He even says Barzal is medically cleared to play. He then says most players are managing pain while they play, but the decision is Barzals.
Was it wrong to say? Not in my opinion. If Barzal is being overly cautious, why should it be a secret?
Logan Stanley and NOT playing Mayfield anymore is making a massive difference. Also Kessel has looked good in his limited sample.
I think a lot of it has ramped up with Barzal because of the injuries to Ritchie and Macelli. Didn’t hear nearly as much BS beforehand. Relax n breathe people it’s gonna be ok. LGI!
