Who is the moron saying Evan Bouchard "is turning into an elite defenseman"?? He has been an elite defenseman for at least the past 3 season. 3 years ago he scored 32 points and had the third most points in a post-season of any defenseman EVER. Yet he is just now turning into an elite defenseman. Very interesting.
