Yeah idk about these new composite blades needing no tape. I mean im a goalie so not sure if theres really a benefit or not. My buddy sti holds a record at my local rink in Portland 100+mph slapper that broke the plexi. I hated getting "warmed up" by him he had a 70mph snap shot that was really annoying how quick he waa able to accelerate the puck. Pretty sure hes playinng for the islanders if im not mistaken
