19. GARY BETTMAN HAS RUINED THE NHL. No Canadian team since 1993. Since 2020 the cup winners are Tampa, Tampa, Colrado, Vegas, Florida, Florida. All non traditional markets , most which tax leniency giving these teams an advantage. I cannot stand Vegas and wish they would fold. The Golden Knights are bad for the NHL. I have not watched a SCF game since 2019 when the Blues won.
