I was at game 1. After Lindholm scored the 2nd goal , Key Center went deathly quite because everyone believed the Sabres were not going to best Swayman he was so in the zone. It got so bad the fans were screaming at the Sabres as they stood on the ice while Lohrei burned the clock holding the puck in the defensive zone. The game would have been over if Pasta held onto a puck which was chipped to him down on the right side board below the Sabres net but Pasts hot knocked off the puck and the puck eventually ended up.in our net off of a very easy put in and Key Center exploded and within minutes we were down 3 to 2 but we quickly came back andcred an impressive goal with a seconds 😊
Clearly this team overachieved, arrived one season early, has 0 plan to be competitive this year (other than the PK 👍🏼 ) and Peeke won't be here when they are in fact ready to compete.
I would consider bringing in a young defenseman from Providence and sit Peeke. He has the most blocked shots on the team not because hes a good D man, bc he keeps the Bruins in the D zone his whole shift. He has his moments like any player but its time to sit him and see how the team plays

Whichever player considers himself, a leader needs to step up, earn it and lead this team to victory!
