Coulda, woulda, shouda…. Sabres were the better team all night (shots on goal, hits, time spent in the offensive zone) and were basically a bomb waiting to go off. Not at all surprised when the damn broke. Expect more of the same on Tuesday

Buffalo is not the 1 seed. Boston is not the 8 seed. They play periods, not quarters. Boston was never in full control. They were almost outshot 2 to 1. I wish I could be this bad at my job and get paid for it.

The Bruins-Sabres series reminds me of the Kings-Oilers series of last year. The Bruins and Kings are a less talented, but disciplined defense first team that can neutralize the talented east-west team with skill and speed. What changed the game was both Sabres and Oilers became a north-south team and was relentless in their forcheck! They both wore out the defensive minded teams, JMHO, I could be wrong…

The bruins were outplayed the entire game, they were outshot 2-1. Your goalie almost stole the game, calling it a collapse is freaking delusional. There's a reason boston played game one on the road, the Sabres are the better team.

You guys sound like you have no idea what you are talking about. Third quarter? "Dorn"? Sabres didn't want to be there? The Sabres were the better team and they were getting goalied for the first 80% of the game. With that said, if Geekie scores at the end of the first period with the gaping open goal I think it is a different game. Coming back from 3-0 would have been very tough. Series can still go either way but only if Swayman keeps playing the way he did most of the game.
McAvoy has the worst "puck luck" of any player I've ever watched on the Bruins. Every mistake the guy makes turns into a goal. It's almost stupid, the air doesn't just let out of the balloon, it literally implodes. This team cannot stop momentum to save their lives. And nevermind the poor guys injury luck. I'm at the point where i just want to trade him. I'd rather see him potentially flourish on another team than watch him keep rotting here. I don't know why, if he's not good in the room, or something is way off in this organization, and has been for quite a few years. I think trading him would be the start of a true rebuild and what this team needs.
