This goalie had over 40 over on goal and shut out the Anaheim ducks. It was really impressive.
As I was watching him go through his warm-up routine a few things stood out to me that catchers can benefit from.

I am a hockey goalie and those movements are called T pushes and shuffles
His movements are called T pushes (the long ones) and shuffles (the smaller movements) along with butterfly slides (sliding in his butterfly/on his knees). Also, that’s a reminder that backup doesn’t mean bad/worse. He made it to the NHL, and he earned it
