What would a win be without Hamilton whining about what people post on social media…for years. He did the same thing on the postgame show. Thanks GR!
Stanley is looking like a guy who's buying in and wants to be here awhile. He's clearly enjoying himself and fitting in better. Being up in the rush and making that pass to Quinn for the goal may be the best sign of that
Doan has some serious upside and plays the game the right way, in all aspects. Also, Quinn was flying around all night and I'm one of the few who hadn't lost faith in him, as I think many people haven't really considered how such a serious injury like that can derail a young player's development. That achilles injury set Quinn back at least a year and half, if not two. In my opinion, he's shown flashes all season but has recently started looking like he's fully back to 100%. People also forget the mental side of physical injuries, including a players confidence and trust in their own body.
I get the Hamilton hate, but it's actually becoming tiring, as every video has the usual people repeatedly whining about him. He's definitely not my favorite WGR guy, but he's not as awful as some people make him out to be, which they comment on just about every single video that drops.
Some of his saves were Hasek like
about a %70-%75 we play Boston in the first round which would be the 2 vs 7 seed so the other format wouldn’t make a difference we should hope Ottawa dosent jump over Boston that would be such a tougher matchup and Ottawa owns tiebreaker
If the Sabre win next game they clinch the Atlantic so would be shocked if Ellis plays last game
GO SARBES!!!! 😂
Send Ukko Pekka Let's Em In and Alex BLIND home.
Benson fits on any line. He may be a stupid SOB off the ice, but his on ice IQ is just incredible to watch. If he can find a way to finish the sky is the limit.
I think possibly the NHL didn't schedule any games tonight so if there were any postponed games during the season they had room to reschedule today if needed.
I’m very happy that they kept Quinn/didn’t acquire someone to take his minutes. I kept thinking that if they got rid of him, he seemed like the type of guy who would take off. Or put another way, if they had acquired a guy with Quinn’s resume for cheap, I think we would have all been excited by the potential. It’s been up and down but I think most people would have signed up for 51 points and 20 goals for him before the season.
