Go Avs! I like Bednar a lot. He's a very good coach and a champion at all levels, but he's also well aware of the incredible work the front office has done and knows this is an all-or-nothing year. In terms of exactly how great he is, I think he'll be measured the most by this cup run. As much as I admire him, he's only taken these hall of famers past the 2nd round once. But he wants this as much as anyone and I believe!
I'd love to see MacKinnon score a bunch of goals. He needs 4 more to unseat Rantanen as the Avalanche single season goal record holder sitting at 55 (that is if you only count the Avalanche-era. The franchise record holder is Michel Goulet with the Nordiques at 57)
