Malhotra HC. Book it.
Funny rebranding what they have been doing all along. Reichel is playing a steady role in Boston. Vancouver did not give the guy a chance yet brought Boeser back at over 7 a season for a while. I am with the Hockey Guy. We won't win a cup in my lifetime.
MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!! FUCKEN YARDSALE!!!!!!!!!
TALK ABOUT THE COACH STAFF!. not just adam foote. we could have a cup contending team if we get the right coaching staff. a lot of our guys are "diamonds in the rough" our coaching staff lack the skill to "buff them into bling"
I’m all about waiting to re-sign Buium. Canucks need to see more before signing yet another player to an inflated long term deal. As long as Rutherford is in Vancouver, it doesn’t matter who has the title of general manager. He runs the team. And any talk about trading picks for players now is absolutely ridiculous. They’ve tried that already with zero success. Why take Reid over Verhoeff?? Verhoeff is Canadian, plays the same spot and is bigger.
Im no Foote hater, but its a major fumble if we dont move Malholtra up. Half the team already has his respect. As for RJ I dont who was behind all these managment gambles canucks took and lost but they should be skidded, way to many major mistakes in such a period of short time. Unacceptable
Oh, man! I would much prefer Verhoeff over Reid, but Vancouver loves taking American guys… almost as much as Swedes. 😂
Unless it is dirt cheap, I am against getting young guys by trading away early draft picks (2nd+). Instead go grab guys for nearly free and weaponize our cap space. Kotkaniemi for example will not only be totally free, we will also get a pick out of it (we don't give them any picks, Canes pay us in picks to take on his long extended contract.) Othe deals like Lafreniere will only cost us a 3rd or a 4th round pick. That's the kind of deals we want. Works out? Great! Doesn't work out? Relax, we either got an extra pick or we paid so little anyways.
Worst mistake is to lose early picks by overpaying for guys like Shane Wright. Stay far away.
Buium ain’t worth more than 2 million. SHOW something!
