The fact that he captained and played with 16 of the roster players when they faced each other then said he doesn't know anyone on the team anymore is proof he wasn't engaged in the team, he cared about his own stats only. Saying he went out there and gave it his all I don't disagree with, but the room was lost because he was a weak captain.

You only have so much time as a professional athlete. The amount of tire fires in Vancouver almost guaranteed they would never win a cup.
