    Yes, to build a dynasty, you need ultra high-end/elite talent. You can't just have a bunch of first-round good to great players; you need great to elite players: Mckinnon, Malkin, Crosby, McDavid, Draisaitl, Tkachuk, Reinhart, Kane, Toews, etc. The list goes on. You can't be a team of 23 below & above average players. That's how you build dynasties, because those elite players make everybody better.

    I like Torts a lot as a Coach but I dont think he can help their goaltending, which is near-bottom of League I think.
