The Dramatic Society float leads the fancy dress parade down the green and Gerald (Wray) fulfills his duty as town crier, to get the day started. Richard and Anne (Preston) officiate as judges for the fancy dress competition. A couple of smart vintage cars on show and John and Winnies (Whitfield) collection of vintage bikes, plus Mr. Flavells famous Scott motorcycle. The day culminating in some good old traditional Maypole dancing coached and organised by Julia Hauserman. The day was well attended so plenty of faces to see if you can recognise anybody. A super size bouncy castle supplied by Nuclear Electric.
