Our schedule is so much tougher. We may not make the playoffs. We dont have any Calgary games left. No vancouver games. We dont have any easy games like others who are below us. Maybe it's for the best versus going to rhe 2nd round and getting swept. Take a vacation mcdavid. You need one.

Well I can only comment on what I saw and that is one team wanted a game that mattered little and another that failed to show up when the victory meant a lot. This was simply a no show by a team in their own barn. That’s what I saw.

Panthers have a system and they stick to it no matter who is in the lineup…. Oilers are freestyle and rely on individual effort. Paul Maurice is a really good coach….

Florida plays a style which forces you to play into their strengths.
The Oilers have a bad habit of wasting too much time passing the puck around, especially during the power play. McDavid also has some bad habits—he likes to rush forward with the puck, but how often does that actually work? Leon Draisaitl is the same. During a power play, they should be taking more shots in the offensive zone instead of just moving the puck back and forth. I’d say they waste at least a minute just passing it around. The two superstars are extremely important to the team, and even the coach probably doesn’t dare to criticize them. But if that continues, even with more superstars, the Oilers still won’t win the Stanley Cup. It’s time to get a new coach—one who can and will discipline the players.
That San Jose game took too much out of them, this game was on cruise control.
