  1. Joel Hofer is an exceptional goalie. He needs to work on his 1 on 1 skill but he will definitely get it down. When he first entered the league his problem was rebounds. That’s not a problem anymore. He can put the puck in play almost as good as Binner. We’re lucky to have him and he will most likely be the primary goalie next season.

  2. they were calling it a fleecing in montreal circles, yes a fleecing going the other way for the blues

  3. The Blues biggest flaw is a second line that does not produce. And two of those players make 8 million for multiple seasons!

  4. Not trading Binnington before the deadline was a bit of a slap in the face if they really felt they weren't going to keep him. I guess we don't know if he was willing to waive his NTC or not, but there were probably teams asking about him. He's the one dealable player that I think was a serious mistake in terms of the trade season.

  5. Binner has been a great Blue. He is my guy, but Hofer has taken the job and done a wonderful job! I do think JB gets traded in the offseason.

  6. I have loved Logan when I first saw him at the training camp. Kinda mismanaged him at the beginning putting him with Tucker and probably not recognizing the stress of all the issues/mistake regarding sharing that picture. I am sure he thought it was behind him and then comes to a new city and everyone is bringing it up again. I am sure that is hard to deal with at 22. After the 5 games in AHL and pairing with Fowler has really helped his game and confidence.

  7. We saw this all before with Jake Allen supplanting Binnington and yet Binnington rebounded and took back the #1 goaltender spot leading to Allen getting let go due to regression. Will history repeat itself?
