🚨UPDATE: Eddie Genborg will report to the AHL’s Grand Rapids Griffins on an amateur tryout for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.
Genborg was drafted in the 2025 NHL draft in the 2nd round. He finished his SHL season with Timrå IK, playing in 43 games netting 9 goals and 16 assists for 25pts on a really bad club standings wise and finished 14th all time in players u19 in the league.
Additionally, Genborg has been signed to a three-year, entry-level contract beginning with the 2026-27 season 🐙
