Last game of a 5 game road trip out west
Does no one else have a problem with Montour? Nothing wrong with his taking Sandy into the boards, but, he followed through by driving him into the ice with his full body weight on top. Maybe not worth a penalty, but, definitely worthy of a reaction by his teammates. Because Sandy got up quickly and skated off, maybe they thought it was nothing. But, during the intermission they had time to review the play and see that an injury resulted from the play. In the third, I didn’t see one attempt at payback. I know, I know, the win was more important than retribution, but, how long is it going to be before Stewie is injured in a similar play. He gets the business every shift.
