This year has proven there is a lack of coaching talent, especially on offense, right now. Defenses seem to be catching up from the 2015-2022 Offense explosions.

McDaniel wasnāt going to be a good fit. Period. We donāt have the personnel for his scheme. Not just the QB. Need a receiving back, speedy WRs, etc. The biggest reason some coaches wouldnāt want this job imo is bc you have one year to get it right. The expectation is too high. Thatās what Iām becoming a bigger and bigger fan of getting rid of Nick and getting a HC who calls his own plays
