Day 3 of the men’s Olympic hockey tournament featured three Anaheim Ducks in action, highlighted by a heated Finland vs. Sweden matchup and a strong bounce-back performance from Mikael Granlund. Finland defeated Sweden 4–1, and Granlund delivered a complete game — improved defensive effort, slick passing (including a behind-the-back feed), an empty-net assist, heavy physical play, and even dumping Elias Pettersson into Finland’s bench. Slovakia also moved to 2–0 in the tournament with a 3–2 win over Italy, where late goalie drama saw Clara enter cold on a penalty kill and stop 7 of 8 shots in relief of cramps. Meanwhile, Czechia defeated France 6–3 despite France holding a 3–2 lead midway through, with Radko Gudas finishing as a plus-3 in a much more controlled performance — though he still managed to try to throw a classic hip check.     I'm a Canucks fan, but more of a general hockey fan. Love the young Ducks squad, so I pay attention to them.

    France turned the score from 2:0 to 2:3 and Gudas the butcher just picked a guy to steamroll to the boards omg 😭 I'm a Czech fan and still feel bad for the French player.. he must have been thinking why him 😭

    May be a bit wrong to speak on this as Dane the Sweden vs Finland game but hey Denmark is a Nordic country.
    When talk the Nordic countries and sport it's a "sibling thing" there is for most parts no bad blood between "us" but no matter the sport it will be like a the Panthers vs the Lightning game.

    Just to highlight how odd we the Nordic countries can be.
    "We" may speak "bad" about each other.
    "We" may "mock" each others.
    "We" may tease each other.

    But oh lord have mercy on "you" if you are not from a Nordic country and do that a "outsider" so to say🙄
    "We" are very odd and weird I know 🤣
