Brady Tkachuk got his money’s worth on his overtime penalty. He got to hold McDavid twice and then tackle him, causing his his to hit the ice. Luckily he was ok, but I’d love to be able to to that to the opponent’s best player and only get two minutes.

Tkachuk, two penalties: one for every brain cell
He can’t count that high so the refs helped him out by giving him 1 penalty.
I dunno … watching it real time it just looked like Tkachuk grabbed him and never let go .. base on the video title I was expecting him to through in a punch or something after going down (so holding and then roughing). Sure, in slo-mo you can find more stuff, but to me, I don't think this that big a deal. Maybe if Tkachuk hooked him badly, and then tackled him you could make a better case for two distinct penalties.
I was at the game…front row opposite side of the rink from this play.
Tbh I was shocked they called it…the amount of other non-calls and with this being in OT I didn’t think the ref would pull the whistle out of his butt 🤷♂️
lmao dumb orc
Vraiment les frères Katachuck ou je sais pas trop, mais peut importe ils sont vraiment de grands joueurs de mais pourquoi il est sur une patinoire ce connards
The reason Tkatchuk had no stick is because it was buried in McDavids armpit. could call a hook as well, make it a threebie
If they called multiple penalties on the same play than Jack Hughes would have gotten a tripping and a high sticking penalty at the same time in the gold medal game
Where you went wrong is assuming NHL officiating isn't absolute dog shit, I'm surprised they even called one penalty on the play
This is the same guy who at the beginning was wondering why the fans boo’ed him every time he got on the ice. We love a bit of physicality but he is bringing the sport down
It’s the old Broad Street Bullies axiom: the ref can’t call them all!
Or can they?
