Everything is soooo weird with the Leafs. Last year this team, under coach Berube, won the President's trophy for the most points gained by any team in the NHL. This year they failed miserably with injuries, bad goal tending , terrible offensive numbers just everything was lame ass.

It's like you guys think star players are always available. Yes he should have traded marner when he had the window to do so.. robertson, Reilly, jarnkrok are the 3 I would have moved first. Laughton maybe didn't produce offensively but he played well defensively and played heavy in the playoffs and made that huge blocked shot to bury the senators.
There is a big number of good UFA's this upcoming summer. So if he's still here as a GM.. expect holes to be filled with the cap we now have.
That laughton trade was absolutely disgusting, should be ashamed of the trade not only for this team but the player aswell. he was clearly happy here and got along with everyone, he brought guys closer the second he became a leaf.
