Fair assessment.
Miller was a much better passer and floor general, still I am not upset with this Mike Conley comparison. This is probably the best we can find
Nice video of one of the most underlooked point guards of my generation. Thanx
He reminds me a lot like the Joker, they play at their own pace; never in a rush…
HOF?????
He was great in college and his game transferred nicely into the NBA
Chris Thomas from Notre Dame was Andre Miller 2.0 and never got a shot in the league
Andre Miller secret to not getting injured: never jump 😂
Cavs traded Vitaly Potapenko for him!!
He is severely underrated… Dude was definitely legit…
He was basically the unsung hero of my Nuggets that first year with Melo. I dont think we make the playpffs that year without him
Jkidd got served that 50 piece 😂
Andre was a baller. Excellent player
Andre was cold! straight hoops no flasheness
If he played with Duncan or Shaq he’d be considered a superstar
Lol mike conley is not better than him
He one of the most overrated ever. He scored over 50 a few times. Crazy post scorer and asst man. Very high basketball IQ
I love Andre Miller I grew up in Utah and watched Miller and it’s crazy Andres Junior year that Utes team was a final four caliber team with Keith Van Horn and it was the team the next year that went to the Final 4 after KVH graduated! I won a lot of money on Utah’s final 4 run and it was during the time in college basketball that if you had a dominant PG you had a good chance to make a deep run into the tournament and Miller played lights out especially against Arizona in the elite 8 where Miller dominated Bibby and Simon they couldn’t guard him he was too strong and savy for them
bro is a postup PG, melo became a scoring monster with postup game aside from midrange (ask kobe and others)
Great video…I was also thinking what if Andre Miller was drafted by the San Antonio Spurs instead of Cleveland… Because the Spurs were more of a fundamental oriented team and Andre Miller being the smart point guard he is with his shooting, pass first mentality and coach on floor that doesn't make a lot of mistakes and can control the offense to give it to the star player do you think he would fit better in Greg popovich system
I dont know WTF the term “old man game” means? He was a very solid PG that knew how to read the floor better than most players, could actually shoot but wasn’t agressive trying to build up stats and score a lot of points to be overrated… I’ve def seen him pick teams apart over and over. (And that trade for AI was one of the worst trade I’ve seen team wise and didn’t even make sense? AI & Melo played exactly the same way)
Loved miller qlll time fave
One of the most underrated & deceptively sneaky point guards of his era. He'd be a superstar nowadays, in these point-guard-centric times.
