The 2026 NHL Trade Deadline is approaching fast — and the Philadelphia Flyers may be staring at a franchise-shaping decision.

With the playoff race tightening and contenders looking to bulk up, could this finally be the moment the Flyers move Rasmus Ristolainen? After rebuilding his value and re-establishing himself as one of the league’s most physical, minute-munching right-shot defensemen, Ristolainen may be exactly what contenders are willing to pay a premium for.

But what about Owen Tippett? Is he truly part of the long-term core, or would Danny Brière consider a bold move if the right offer hits the table?
In this episode, we break down:

Why Ristolainen’s market could explode
The type of return Philadelphia should demand
Whether trading Tippett even makes sense
How this deadline shapes the Flyers’ long-term rebuild
What Brière’s track record tells us

Is this a calculated seller’s deadline? Or does Philly hold firm and push forward?

Let’s talk about it.

  1. I'm a Vladar hater Mr 2 goals or less will hurt or draft position, of course we get a goalie that plays solid and it hurts the flyers, clearly I enjoy Vladar I don't see how Edmonton doesn't kick the tires, it's he had 2 shutouts he'd be a top 5 goalie this season
