IMO: Bob should only get 2×5.5 period. Never sign a goalie past 40… also his numbers are atrocious. Sign Vimania 100%, trade Samo for a defensive prospect.
Also a side note: I noticed every year we made it to the Finals we had turnover(players in and out) in the off-season. We had new energy and fresh legs. This season we had barely any movement and we've been exhausted because of it.
This season was over a week before the Olympic break. The smart move is to tank to assure a top 10 pick in the draft. Then, trade Bobrovsky and get some more draft capital. Rest your players so they are fully healed for next year. Use your ample cap space to find another goalie and prepare for another cup run next year.
