This kid brings so much more to the table that nobody is making this point. He brings the Isles the ability to sign free agents. Top players will want to come here because of the impact he makes on the ice. You can see it in Barzal, he looks so much better because him and Schaefer are on the same page
Schaefer should be in consideration. He and Sorokin both in the running.
Maybe someone tosses him a 5th place vote but I wouldn’t hold my breath. He’s 100% going to receive Norris votes. I think the question should shift to “Can he crack the top 10 in Norris votes?”
Norris maybe but not the Hart.
Kid’s unbelievable and may win the hart one day, but he shouldn’t be in consideration now because Sorokin is more of the team mvp in my opinion
