After winning his first Stanley Cup, SIdney Crosby was more than energetic for this season and boy did he show it! Another consecutive 100 point season but the major difference is it’s the first time Crosby got 50 goals and first time he got the Rocket Richard Trophy. He tied Stamkos and just edged Ovechkin to get it. The goals never stopped coming for Crosby as he got 3 hat tricks and 2 shorthanded goals with a few sprinkled highlight reels. He was only 3 points shy of Henrik Sedin for the Art Ross and was tied with Ovechkin for second place. Unfortunately in the semifinals, the Penguins lost to the Montreal Canadiens 4-3.
