That sucks about Tye Kartye.
Not surprised that Joseph cleared waivers–I doubt he will accept an assignment to the AHL,so, I'm assuming someone may sign him as a free agent for less than his current contract.
Lambo's defensive structure kept Karts doing the dirty work and with his limited ice times, Karts really didn't have enough scoring opportunities. Karts was loved by the fanbase and is good on the locker room. At least he will be united with Borgen and hope Karts gets more offensive opportunities.
The players have responsibility for their development. The Rangers have given ample opportunity, it's on them to take advantage. It's their career for F sake.
