This guy wants a brotherhood. If you create a true brotherhood feeling on this team they will win the cup. It's up to the coaches and management to facilitate that. Team retreats, dinners, weekends, volunteering together, etc. Anyone team member that doesn't want to take part in these bonding efforts don't belong on this team.
