Power play difference in the game, especially 5 on 3…..goaltending stole this classic…
For Jack Hughes to literally get a couple of teeth knocked out and to then get the winning goal off the pass from Werenski was fantastic. Werenski was able to knock MacKinnon off of the puck to make the perfect pass which was a chore in itself. We are so proud of this team just like when many of us watched the 1980 Miracle on Ice.
JACK HUGHES is the man, stepping up and exclaiming Austin Matthew’s is a winner! A Gold Medal winner! And his brother piping in right behind him. These two kids are special.

As much as the 2nd goal was good, the 1st one was even better play by Matt. What thing of a beauty, an amazing game and performance by the entire team.
