I can't even believe there is an attempt at justifying this. ITS AN ELIMINATION GAME AND YOU ARE LOSING. Hey let me make my own decision and test out the waters. Are you kidding me. Maybe if we were in a 7 game series, I could mildly see your point. It doesn't take a genius to know that penalty is going to be called all day long. It was selfish and almost cost the rest of the team a chance at a gold medal. Inexcusable to me.
Then it's a penalty when the goalie jumped on hon, of course Dreger being a woke leftist would never admit that,the officials have been screwing Canada since it started n going to be a 100 times worse in the Gold Medal Game. Just give the Gold to be USA n skip the crap it was determined before the Olympics started that the USA was winning Gold.
