That Kazakh drink is Kumis – fermented horse milk.. popular amongst the Turkic peoples.. it's repulsive, people drink it for the health benefits, not the taste.. but I don't like Kefir either, or any sour tasting milk.. pasteurised only for me! Typical Brit i suppose..
